Dr Parmar has been part of the Dee Why Community for over 20 years
As a serving GP in the Dee Why community, he has always been drawn to the variety of medicine. He came close to a career in Cardiac Medicine – but the continuity of care, and ability to build ongoing working relationships with patients in Family Practice was the deciding factor. Dr Parmar is trained to provide lifelong care to all patient groups and has developed skills in chronic disease management. Other areas of interest include cardiovascular disease and risk management, as well as respiratory medicine and men’s health.
Dr Parmar speaks Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu and English. He consults Monday to Saturday’s by appointment
